Stan Carpenter- Head Varsity Coach

Coach Carpenter has been coaching volleyball since 1998 where he started the program at Shiloh High School.  He moved to Collins Hill High School as the head coach in 2001-2006. Where he was 3 times Region Champs 2004,2005, 2006, State Tournament 04 Elite 8 ,05 Final 4,  06 Elite 8. Carpenter started the Mountain View High School program in 2009. In 2011 the Mountain View finished 2nd in Area 8AAAAA and made it the Sweet 16 Round of the State Tournament. In 2013 Mountain View finished 33-17 Area Runner Up and Sweet Sixteen in the State Tournament. 2014 Finished 30-20, eliminated in the first Round of State by the State Champions. In 2015 The Bears finished 36-17 in Elite 8 of the State Tournament.  Coach Carpenter has 412 wins as of 2017 as a Varsity Coach.


Jane Loudermilk- JV Coach


Coach Loudermilk is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, where she started all 4 years as a varsity athlete at Mariemont High School.  She graduated in 2004 and played volleyball while attending Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  Coach Loudermilk started coaching at Shades Mountain Christian School in Birmingham, AL as a JV head coach and a Varsity assistant coach in 2008.  In 2012, she became the varsity head coach at Bethel Tate High School for 1 year before moving to Georgia.  This is her third year with the Mountain View High School volleyball program under Coach Carpenter.

Coach Loudermilk currently lives in Braselton with her husband Jonathan and her 4 children, Mical, Olivia, Gabriella and David.


Bionca Thomas - JV Coach

Bionca has been with the Mountain View Program for 3 years.  She has coached at Atlanta Extreme Volleyball Club for the past 4 years.  She is former Collins Hill Player.



Marlena Booker- 9th Grade Coach


Coach Mar has been coaching volleyball since 2011.  She coached club volleyball with NFC (17's), Atlanta Extreme (14's) and Intensity volleyball Club (18's).  She has coached developmental teams at I-9 sports and Suwanee Sports Academy since 2015.  She has coached the Freshman team at Mountain View High School since 2013.

She played recreational volleyball while in the US Army and is the mother of a former Gwinnett County Super 6 and a county MVP volleyball player, Clemson volleyball player (ACC leader in kills), Team USA player and professional volleyball athlete who is now a college volleyball recruiter.
